Cultural Values
Cultural values are several different things which significantly influence and co-create the identity of particular areas and demonstrate the creativity and adaptation of a human kind to natural conditions. It can be priceless old knowledge related to plant production, hunting, forestry, food preparation ... to forgotten but important old buildings, technical knowledge, craft products, etc… A bunch of cultural values with development potential discovered in the SY_CULTour pilot areas are presented bellow.

Šokci Wedding Party /Grape Picking Celebration
Grožđebal (Grape Picking Celebration) is the biggest and the most important event of Šokci Croats in Sonta. The event is organized in honor of grapes, joy and wine. A symbolic 'Šokci Wedding Party' accompanies the celebration. It promotes tradition and customs of Šokci population.
