The three main parts of the castle were built in different periods, around a courtyard with a well in the centre. In the courtyard there is also a stairway, which leads to the first floor of the castle. The castle is surrounded by a double circle of walls, with crenellated great towers.

Potential usability

The cultural value is preserved very well, even though little is known at national level. For this reason, its potential could be further developed, for instance by disseminating information about the castle at national level; by informing potential tourists about the castles via Internet, via the national network of tourist offices etc.
