Strengths

This ordinance specifies the terms and conditions for the formation and management of museum stocks. Provides a list of all artefacts of mobile cultural values that are defined as museum stocks. Sets out the procedures for keeping inventories of basic, scientific and exchange stocks of cultural values; placing designation marks on all registered stocks; providing for appropriate storage of stocks; keeping scientific passports of all museum stocks.

Weaknesses

The process of the cultural values redemption is not regulated in an unproblematic way and this causes some difficulties to museum managers.
