Responsible

It disciplines and gives economic benefits for activities linked to rural culture and territorial products.

Weaknesses

Poor professionalism of agritourism managers, also related to an inadequate educational training; too complex administrative procedures, involving several subjects (PAT, Municipality, Health Authority); necessity of updating the parameters of “connection” and “complementarity” to the farming activity, as well as defining values (in hours and income) corresponding to the tasting of products and to educational activities in the farm; necessity of strengthen the vigilance on farms, to verify that they use no less than the expected quantities of the farm products and of the territory.
